Return & Refund Policy – Uplivos

At Uplivos, we are committed to delivering premium anti-tarnish jewellery crafted for long-lasting elegance. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Original tags, invoice, and box must be intact
• An unedited full unboxing video is mandatory for any return claim
• Returns will only be accepted if the product is received in its original condition

Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
• Customized or personalized products
• Products purchased under clearance or final sale

Return Shipping

• If the return reason is valid as per our policy (damaged, wrong product, manufacturing defect), Uplivos will bear the return shipping cost
• For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return logistics

Refund Process

• Once the returned product passes quality inspection, refund will be initiated
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer

Uplivos reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy standards.
